Acupuncture Treatment for Effective Pain Relief in Downtown St. Petersburg, Florida
How Does Acupuncture Work?
Acupuncture works by stimulating the body’s natural healing mechanisms. It promotes blood flow, which is essential for delivering oxygen, nutrients, and immune substances throughout the body. This process aids in maintaining health and healing tissue damage.
Additionally, acupuncture induces micro-traumas that activate the nervous, immune, and endocrine systems, aiding tissue repair. It also triggers the release of natural painkillers like endorphins, enhancing pain relief and overall well-being.
Personalized Acupuncture
Treatment Plans
Acupuncture involves inserting ultra-thin needles into specific points on the body, based on the belief that stimulating these points triggers the body’s natural healing mechanisms, such as the release of natural painkillers and serotonin.
Acupuncture research shows that a series is considered 8.3 visits over the course of 2-3 months and that 90% of the individuals that received pain relief had the same relief 12 months later.
