Treatment packages and memberships are designed to support consistency of care and provide a cost-effective way to follow a recommended treatment plan. These offerings are intended to improve clinical outcomes and are not designed for sporadic or one-time use.
All packages must be paid in full prior to the first session. Packages are non-transferable, may only be used by the individual who purchased them, and cannot be shared or split between multiple people.
Treatment plans are designed to be completed within 6 months to support optimal clinical outcomes. Unused sessions beyond this timeframe may be forfeited. Extensions may be granted only in cases of medical necessity or extenuating circumstances at the provider’s discretion.
Packages are non-refundable. In rare, approved circumstances, a partial refund may be issued for unused sessions. Sessions already used will be charged at the full single-session rate. Any remaining balance may be refunded minus a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for expired packages.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will result in a full session being deducted from the package or charged at 100% of the service fee. Repeated late cancellations may result in termination of the package agreement.
Patients are encouraged to schedule appointments in advance to maintain consistency of care. Appointment availability is not guaranteed without advance booking.
Packages are specific to the service purchased. If transitioning to a different service, sessions may be converted based on the current rate difference or reallocated at the provider’s discretion.
By purchasing a package or membership, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled within 24 hours will be charged the full service fee.
Patients are expected to arrive in a clean and hygienic condition. This includes bathing within a reasonable timeframe, wearing clean clothing, and avoiding strong odors such as smoke or excessive fragrance. Patients with open wounds, active infections, or contagious conditions must notify the clinic prior to their appointment. The provider reserves the right to refuse or reschedule treatment if hygiene standards are not met. Appointments impacted by hygiene concerns may be treated as late cancellations.
Patients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to reschedule. The full session fee will apply regardless of treatment time provided.
Payment is due at the time of service. Outstanding balances must be paid prior to scheduling future appointments.
Individual results may vary. Services are not guaranteed to cure or resolve any specific condition.
