Dr. Kyle Williams is a board-certified acupuncturist and oriental medicine provider with the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM)®. He is a licensed acupuncture physician in Fl (AP-4155). In addition, he is a licensed massage therapist in FL (MA-99751) with 20 years of experience.
In 2019, He completed a doctorate from the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in San Francisco, CA. He has a dual specialization in pain management and women’s health. In December 2018, he completed a 200-hour (4-week) internship at the Zhejiang Provincial Hospital of TCM in Hangzhou, China. The clinical rotations were in different specialties like- Gynecology, Internal Medicine, Dermatology, Pediatrics, Pain management, and Cardiology.
Kyle earned his master’s degree in acupuncture (2013) and a post-graduate certification in Chinese herbal medicine (2017) from the Won Institute of Graduate Studies in PA. His undergraduate degree in Health Science (2010) is from West Chester University in PA.
Dr. Kyle’s ideal patient is actively involved in their health. They set clear and attainable health goals to achieve optimal balance. He assists the patient in developing tools and understanding how to achieve the best results. These goals will be different for everyone. He looks for people who are active in their wellness journey.

Awaken Integrative Wellness History
Awaken Integrative Wellness was founded in 2010 in Media, PA. Kyle has been working in the wellness industry for 20 years. He created Awaken as a place for healing and wellness. The concept of Awaken has changed some over the years. Originally, Awaken was a yoga and massage studio. After finishing school, Kyle changed the model to include acupuncture and oriental medicine.
Over the years, Awaken has provided thousands of treatments. Our core vision of blending care and wellness techniques to help people find balance has remained constant. When COVID started, Awaken in Media, PA, closed. Kyle recently relocated to St. Petersburg, Florida (2022) and decided to continue Awaken Integrative Wellness. He has been visiting the St. Petersburg, FL, area for over ten years and loves the beauty and the beach. He has found an opportunity in a much-needed break and returns with a sense of grounding and gratitude.
