How to find out if you have coverage?
1. You can set up an appointment with our online booking software. Put in your insurance information, and we will verify it.
2. You can call the member number on your health insurance card.
3. You can call our office at 727-203-5128, and we can collect your information for verification.
How long does it take to verify your health insurance?
The verification process can take up to 2 business days.
Can you make an appointment before the verification is received?
Yes, you can. We will collect payment for the treatment at the time of service. If you have met yearly deductibles and have coverage, we will issue the proper refund.
Are you in-network or out-of-network?
We are currently out-of-network but are working on the credentialing process to be in-network with agencies soon. Check back to this page for any updates or the current list of in-network companies.
